Egypt’s Ministry of Planning, Arab League to launch the 4th edition of the Arab Week for Sustainable Development

Under the title "Together for a Sustainable Recovery" to mitigate the negative repercussions and effects of the Corona pandemic on achieving sustainable development goals in the Arab countries; tomorrow will be the fourth edition of the Arab Week for Sustainable Development.
Dr. Hala El-Said, Minister of Planning and Economic Development, is scheduled to participate in the activities of the first day, where she will participate in the launch session of the "Financing Sustainable Development in Egypt" report, the first issued in the world on financing the sustainable development goals.
Her Excellency will also participate in a session of inspiring Arab youth experiences in the field of sustainable development, which comes as part of the activities of the second day of the Arab Sustainable Development Week.
The sessions of the first day include a session entitled Brief Presentations on the Report "Financing Sustainable Development in Egypt", and another entitled "Launching the Arab Network for Science and Technology for Sustainable Development".
The second day's sessions will also discuss some important topics, most notably the Governance for Sustainable Development session: the Egyptian experience.
The agenda of the third day includes some sessions that discuss prominent topics, perhaps the most prominent of which is the role of youth and community initiatives in addressing the phenomenon of climate change.
