NIGSD concludes the activities of the third phase of the “Innovative Ideas” training camp in cooperation with FEPS

The National Institute for Governance and Sustainable Development (NIGSD), the training arm of the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development, in cooperation with the Business Incubator of the Faculty of Economics and Political Science at Cairo University (FEPS), concluded the activities of the third phase of the “Innovative Ideas” training camp for a group of participants in the “Be an Ambassador” initiative.
Dr. Sharifa Sharif, Executive Director of the National Institute for Governance and Sustainable Development, explained that the Sustainable Innovation Lab project contributes to completing the link between the outputs of the "Be an Ambassador" initiative launched by the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development in cooperation with NIGSD, and then transforming these ideas into innovative projects aimed at achieving these goals.
Sherif added that the main objective of holding this training camp is to help young graduates and students of various Egyptian universities to create innovative ideas for projects that achieve sustainable development goals.
The objectives of the training camp are to describe the methodological process for identifying and solving problems, finding a successful and fruitful framework according to the methodologies of design thinking, defining the tools that can be used at each stage according to the data of each project.
