Egypt’s Ministry of Planning and Economic Development concludes the training program "Government Leaders and Service Development" in cooperation with the UAE government

The Ministry of Planning and Economic Development concluded the training program "Government Leaders and Service Development", which was held in cooperation with the UAE government represented by the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs and the Administrative Control Authority (the National Anti-Corruption Academy). The program lasted for ten days; with the participation of M. Ashraf Abdel Hafeez, Assistant Minister of Planning and Economic Development for Digital Transformation Affairs.The closing session witnessed the announcement of the winners of the first three places, where the General Investment Authority won the first place, the Cairo Governorate ranked second, the Giza Governorate second place, and the Ministry of Finance won third place.Dr. Hala El-Said, Minister of Planning and Economic Development, explained that the general framework of the program; refers to the importance of the axis of access to improving the quality of life of the citizen and the provision of government services that receive the satisfaction of the citizen, in addition to the axis of the competitiveness of the various authorities in the country to reach a better level of service.El-Said confirmed that the training program comes within the framework of the continuous efforts towards qualification of competencies and government development to raise the level of services provided to citizens through means and techniques that keep pace with the rapid technological development and facilitate access to services.Eng. Khaled Mostafa, Permanent Undersecretary of the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development and General Supervisor of the Egypt Award for Governmental Excellence, explained that the program represents a very important station in the state's efforts to develop the administrative apparatus and develop services provided to citizens.Mustafa concluded by stressing his appreciation and appreciation for all the efforts made during the workshop, among the participants who were able to overcome many barriers and present future ideas from the experiences that were discussed and transferred during the workshop.Mostafa said that Egypt's 2030 vision is very ambitious and the political leadership has great ambitions because Egypt deserves it, and the vision and ambition will only be achieved with the participation of each individual in his place by turning into a model for the ambition to be achieved.
It is worth noting that the projects of the teams participating in the program were presented, up to the inventory of evaluation results, and the distribution of certificates and a short video of the training program were shown.The aforementioned program was directed to some employees of the state's administrative apparatus; Workers in catering offices, social rehabilitation offices, comprehensive centers for people with special abilities, real estate, and documentation offices, post offices, technology centers in cities and neighborhoods in the governorates of Cairo and Giza, the General Investment Authority, and the Ministry of Trade and Industry.
