“Rowad 2030” Project Participates in the Shaghalni Employment Forum for Women

The Rowad (Entrepreneurs)2030 project of the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development participated recently in the “Shaghalni” Employment Forum, which is the first employment forum dedicated to women in Egypt. The forum was held at the Greek Campus (Based in Cairo’s Downtown)with the aim of facilitating women’s access to institutions and companies and obtaining a suitable job, which helps in empowering and integrating women in the labor market more to promote economic growth in Egypt.
The Rowad 2030 pavilion, which was dedicated to answering all the inquiries of the participants in the forum and registering for the (One Million Entrepreneurs campaign),witnessed a great turnout for women of all ages.
The participants in the forum praised the Rowad 2030 project and the One Million Entrepreneurs campaign, as the participants indicated that the idea of ​​the Rowad 2030 project is innovative, praising the services provided by the project such as “business clinics” that help the owners of start-ups and support them in continuing in the market through the guidance and consultations.


The participating women also reported that Egyptian women are in dire need of the (One Million Entrepreneurs)campaign and that many women have good ideas.

The campaign grants confidence to Egyptian women and give them a chance to create for themselves a job opportunity that secures their lives, future and financial independence.
