Dr. Hala El-Said, Minister of Planning and Economic Development, said that the work of the Egypt Award for Governmental Excellence was not isolated from the challenges that faced the whole world.El-Said pointed to the insistence of the award work team to continue the work of the second session so that the fruits of this work will be reaped by announcing the names of the winners in each of the award categories and honoring them.El-Said addressed the winners of the Government Excellence Award, saying: “Success is the beginning of the right path towards excellence, upgrading our institutions and realizing the aspirations of citizens who dream of the new republic."El-Said concluded by stressing the keenness of the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development to continue the strategic partnership in various fields of cooperation with the United Arab Emirates, including cooperation in the establishment of a distinguished government services center in Aswan, and the file of government capacity building in the areas of promoting a culture of innovation at work.El-Said thanked the Government Excellence Award team at the Ministry for their belief in the idea of the award and its dissemination and cooperation with various parties to instill and develop a culture of excellence. She also congratulated the winners of the Egypt Award for Government Excellence in its second session.The ceremony was attended by guests of Egypt from the sisterly United Arab Emirates, a group of ministers, ambassadors, members of parliament, members of judicial bodies, and university presidents, as well as distinguished elite of media professionals, thinkers, and government officials.
