Minister of Planning and Economic Development Meets with Young Staff to Review Work Progress and Discuss Development Proposals

H.E.Dr. Hala El-Said, Minister of Planning and Economic Development, met with a group of young staff members from the ministry as part of her regular series of meetings aimed at monitoring work progress and discussing their ideas and development proposals. The meeting was attended by Tarek Abdel Khalek, Advisor to the Minister for Human Resources.

During the meeting, Dr. Hala El-Said listened to the young employees from various departments and affiliated entities of the ministry. She emphasized the importance of intensifying training programs aimed at the ministry's young workforce by providing diverse opportunities across different fields to enhance their skills and develop their capabilities.

The Minister also highlighted the significance of empowering young professionals and opening up more significant roles for them due to the crucial role that youth play in building and developing society. This initiative aligns with the comprehensive and sustainable development goals of Egypt's Vision 2030.
