During the session, Ambassador Badr highlighted the significant achievements of the National Initiative over the past two years and its importance in raising awareness about the impacts of climate change and finding local solutions to adapt to these changes.
Badr emphasized the critical role of the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development in establishing strategic partnerships worldwide, as well as partnerships between the government and the private sector to exchange expertise and promote the transition to a green economy.
He also underscored the mission's role, noting that the National Initiative was showcased in England as an unprecedented global experience implemented across all governorates of Egypt.
