Ministry of Planning Concludes Strategic Management Training Program at Ministry of Justice

The Ministry of Planning and Economic Development, represented by the Central Administration for Strategic Planning, concluded its training program “Capacity Building in Strategic Management,” targeting 33 trainees, including judges, counselors, and employees from 35 sectors and departments within the Ministry of Justice.
H.E. Dr. Hala El Said, Minister of Planning and Economic Development, stated that the training program falls within the framework of the cooperation protocol between the ministries of planning and justice to enhance capacities in strategic management areas. She explained that the program aims to enhance capacities in preparing the strategic plan for the unit in light of the state’s strategy for sustainable development, establishing mechanisms and executive programs, performance indicators, as well as monitoring, evaluation, crisis, and risk management, and developing plans to mitigate their effects.
The training program included 1600 training hours, covering four main axes: strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation, project and program management, and performance and risk management.
