The Minister of Planning and Economic Development Arrives in the New Valley Governorate to Inaugurate and Inspect Several Development Projects

Minister of Planning and Economic Development Dr. Hala El-Said arrived at the New Valley governorate, to inaugurate and inspect a number of development projects, where she received by General Mohamed Al-Zamlout, Governor of the New Valley, and was accompanied the visit by Mohamed El-Etreby, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Banque Misr, Yahya Abu Al-Fattouh, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Bank of Egypt, Dr. Hiba Mghoub, Supervisor of the Ministry's Regional Planning Sector, Dr. Mohamed Alokabi, Media Adviser to the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development.

The Minister of Planning is scheduled to inaugurate, today, the Proposal for Population Attraction project, which is being carried out in cooperation between the Ministry, the Banque Misrt, the National Bank of Egypt, and the Agricultural Bank of Egypt. The Minister will also inspect the administrative capital of the New Valley Governorate and the June 30 Park, the Silk Oasis, and agricultural greenhouses.

The tour also incorporates the inauguration of projects by the Minister of Planning and Economic Development; the inauguration of the village of Bashary Al Khair the New Valley (Phase I consists of 220 homes), as well as the inspection of the governorate's technology center and the control center of the National Emergency and Public Safety Network.

The first stop of Dr. Hala El-Said's visit to the governorate of the New Valley is the inspection of the Green Rural Housing project in cooperation with MSA University, the winner of first place on the national level in the category of small local projects in the second round of the National Initiative for Smart Green Projects.
