Dr. Hala El-Said stressed her eagerness to offer the program all possible means of support, which comes as part of the attention she offers to the human element, which is the main and most effective element of all development plans. She then pointed out that investing in human capital is the state’s priority in order to achieve integrated sustainable development.

The Minister of Planning and Economic Development pointed out the Ministry’s keenness to cooperate with ESLSCA University in order to develop the skills and capacities of the staff of the administrative body and explore ways to benefit from the program's graduates in the development process at the national level. Also, she emphasized that the ministry offers all its support to the program to build the capacities and skills of Egyptian government officials and facilitate the organizational procedures for the functioning of the program so as not to hinder the course of work and development.

El-Said also referred to the protocol signed between the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and the University of ESLSCA Egypt which entails the provision of 1,500 scholarships, divided into 10 classes, to young leaders from the government to obtain a governmental MBA, with a total of 79 government bodies benefiting from the program, with a total of 420 employees received diploma and 420 obtained the certificate of completing their first semester and 210 master's degrees, with a total of 1,050 beneficiaries so far.

The Minister of Planning and Economic Development clarified that there is an agreement to offer a professional doctoral scholarship to the first two graduates of each class in the government master's program, allowing them to serve as faculty members of the university after the completion of the doctorate, as well as the possibility of offering various specializations in the government master's programs based on the students’ affiliate ministries.

It is important to note that ESLSCA University Egypt is the only institution in the Middle East and North Africa that has been shortlisted for three competition awards, competing with several European and international universities.
