Egypt’s Planning Minister Oversees Strategy of Misr Real Estate Assets Management Company

Minister of Planning and Economic Development, Dr. Hala El Said, monitored strategy of Misr Real Estate Assets Management Company in a meeting with Maha Abdel Razek, Acting CEO of the Company, in the presence of Counselor Mohamed Abou Zeid, the minister's legal advisor.
During the meeting, Dr. Hala El Said emphasized the need to enhance the company's operations, maximize the utilization of real estate assets, and optimize returns. She also stressed the importance of digitizing all data and information related to the company's investment portfolio in collaboration with the Egypt Sovereign Fund.
Minister El Said highlighted the necessity of coordination between the projects of the Sovereign Fund and the company's plans to achieve integration and leverage the capabilities of the Sovereign Fund. This is especially crucial in developing the downtown area, emphasizing the use of international expertise to maximize the benefits from the company's real estate assets. El Said underscored that the Sovereign Fund aims to develop all subsidiaries of Egypt Holding for Insurance as a significant economic entity with exceptional expertise, investment assets, and promising opportunities.
On her part, Maha Abdel Razek presented an overview of the company's investment portfolio and outlined key plans for enhancing employee performance and achieving optimal returns from the 8543 real estate units across the Republic's governorates.
