Egypt’s Planning Ministry publishes the statistics on services of mobile technology centers on December 1, 2023

On December 1st, 2023, H.E. Dr. Hala El-Said, Minister of Planning and Economic Development, received a report on the performance of mobile technology centers cars that provide civil services to citizens.

The total number of public services provided to citizens reached 187 from mobile technology centers and cars deployed in Al-Rehab City, Mall of Arabia, Madinaty, and Al-Zohour Club at the Fifth Settlement. 

Moreover, the provided public services were from mobile technology centers cars deployed in Al-Ahly Club, Nasr City, Al-Jazira Club, Sheikh Zayed, Zamalek Club, 6th of October Club, Dream Club, Heliopolis Al-Shorouk Club, Boulaq Al-Dakrour Zone and El-Dokki Shooting Club.

The report explained that the number of these transactions in one day reflects the demand of citizens to receive services from these centers.

  The report also indicated that the mobile technology centers' cars come within the framework of the Ministry’s main role to develop means of providing government services in cooperation with all state agencies, to facilitate citizens and provide decent service faster and easier.

The report asserted that the mobile technology centers' cars include all the equipment that enables them to perform their transactions efficiently and easily, and they also use secure electronic payment methods to facilitate the citizen’s journey.
