Egypt Award for Gov't Excellence, Ministry of Local Development organizes a training program to qualify technological centers to participate in the award.

The Egypt Award for Gov't Excellence concluded the training program for qualifying technological centers to participate in the Egypt Award for Government Excellence in cooperation with the Ministry of Local Development.
The program witnessed the presence of 21 trainees from representatives of technology centers in the governorates of (Cairo, Giza, Gharbia, Sharqia, Sohag, Dakahlia, Giza, Damietta, South Sinai, Qena, Port Said, Beni Suef, Beheira, Assiut, Aswan, and Fayoum).
The program lasted for 4 days at the headquarters of the Local Development Training Center in Saqqara.
The organization of the training program comes within the framework of keenness to deepen the culture of excellence and enhance the spirit of competitiveness to contribute to the development of human capabilities and create a qualitative shift in institutional performance.
During the training program, Dr. Ahmed Siddiq, Director of Government Services Awards at Egypt Award for Gov't Excellence, reviewed the pillars and standards of the Egyptian government services evaluation system.
The system includes several pillars such as the customer experience pillar. This pillar focuses on providing a customer experience that achieves customer satisfaction through the various stages of his/her journey to obtain the service.
It also includes a focus on customers and the importance of the entity understanding its customers, and how it uses the database associated with them to provide its services better.
It also focuses on the axes of strategic connectivity and leadership, services and delivery channels, service efficiency and innovation, human resources empowerment, integrated technology, and knowledge management.
Notably, the period for submitting applications for nominations for internal excellence awards at technology centers for serving citizens nationwide has been extended until Sunday, December 17th.
