The Minister of Planning and Economic Development participates in celebrating the Excellence Day of Misr Life Insurance Company

H.E. Dr. Hala El-Said, Egypt’s Minister of Planning and Economic Development participated in the celebration of Misr Life Insurance Company’s Excellence Day, and the inauguration of the company’s 6th of October Club after its renovation.

The celebration took place in the presence of Managing Director and CEO of Misr Insurance Company and Assem Ragab, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Misr Insurance Holding Company.

During her speech at the celebration, Dr. Hala El-Said said that this ceremony honors the distinguished people in this giant and ancient entity, which is Misr Insurance Company, the largest insurance company in Egypt and the Middle East.

El-Said pointed out that the company has been working for about nine decades in serving the Egyptian economy, through its growing activity, which covers promising sectors and activities with interrelationships with other economic sectors.

She added that the company is keen to diversify its distinguished insurance products for individuals, institutions, and small and medium enterprises at a low insurance cost, in addition to the company’s activity supporting financial inclusion and social responsibility.

El-Said hailed the idea of the celebration, which is to honor the outstanding and outstanding, whether celebrating what the company has accomplished in various fields or honoring those who excelled administratively and productively, in addition to honoring some of the outstanding members of the company who have obtained professional certificates and training programs.

  She further explained that Misr Insurance Company has national competencies that deserve to be honored and young cadres who create a bright future.

El-Said stressed that this celebration establishes more than one value and sends more than one positive message consistent with the state’s direction.

The first message is the company’s keenness to honor the distinguished and spread the culture of excellence, whether institutional excellence by shedding light on the company’s achievements during the past period, or individual excellence by honoring those who excelled administratively and productively, according to El-Said.

“This is a trend that the Egyptian state has adopted for years through the implementation of the Egypt Award for Government Excellence for three sessions under the patronage of the President of the Republic,” she explained.

El-Said added that the second message is to pay attention to training, capacity building and preparing cadres, stressing that people are the real wealth, and that investing in people is the most profitable type of investment, so it represents one of the main directions of the Egyptian state in all sectors.

The Minister of Planning and Economic Development concluded her speech by congratulating all the outstanding and honored members of the company’s work team while urging them to continue working towards greater excellence.

During the events, Dr. Hala El-Said was honored and received the company’s shield. 

The distinguished members of the production apparatus, group heads, executive members of the production apparatus, contracts, companies, and administrators were also honored.
