NIGSD, MBRSG organize a training course entitled “Excellence in Governance and Sustainability in the Digital Age”

The National Institute for Governance and Sustainable Development (NIGSD) - the training arm of the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development - held the training course entitled “Excellence in Governance and Sustainability in the Digital Age” in cooperation with the MBRSG - Mohammed bin Rashid school of government for 27 trainees from 12 entities of the state’s administrative apparatus.
The training course took place at the MBRSG’s headquarters in UAE.
Dr. Sherifa Sherif, Executive Director of NIGSD said that the training program is held within the framework of implementing the goals of Egypt’s Vision 2030 and what it represents as an essential step in the process of comprehensive development in Egypt and reforms in various fields.
Sherifa added that the training program comes in light of the distinguished bilateral relations and existing cooperation between the governments of the Arab Republic of Egypt and the United Arab Emirates, which seeks to form an efficient, effective, and governed administrative apparatus.
NIGSD executive director further asserted that the training program aims to raise the competencies of the participants and empower them at the level of leadership of institutions in line with the strategic priorities of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
It is noteworthy that NIGSD in cooperation with MBRSG held three successive sessions of the training course entitled “Excellence in Governance and Sustainability in the Digital Age” during the year 2022.
