Egypt Award for Gov't Excellence continues the activities of the training program “Innovation in Government Services”

The EgyptAward for Government Excellence, in cooperation with NI Consulting and Project Structuring, continues the activities of the second phase of the “Innovation in Government Services” training program.
The training program continues over two days with the participation of 24 trainees from directors of government services offices across the Republic, including the offices of the Post Office, Land Registry and Documentation, Social Rehabilitation, Health, Supply, and Technology Centers to Serve Citizens.
Ms. Soha Saeed, Executive Director of the Egypt Award for Government Excellence, indicated that the award administration is keen to continue spreading awareness and building capabilities to support distinguished and successful models to develop their ideas to complete their practical and scientific journey in a way that contributes to the sustainability of excellence.
Saeed stressed that the main purpose of the award is not just a way to win, but rather a continuous journey to spread the culture of excellence and development to bring about a qualitative shift in the performance of the individual and the institution, which is reflected in the quality of life of the citizen and enhances the country’s competitiveness.
For his part, Engineer Ihab Mustafa, CEO and Managing Director of NI Consulting and Project Structuring, stressed the importance of training in developing the performance of government sector employees to keep pace with the state’s plan to develop and improve government services.
He added that the innovation training program in government services is part of the institutional goals of developing the government services system in line with Egypt's Vision 2030 to improve the quality of life of Egyptian citizens.
The training covered topics related to how to build readiness for government innovation in providing government services, the basic principles of design thinking, in addition to exchanging creative proposals and ideas.
