Egypt Award for Gov't Excellence, Egypt’s Notary Public organize a meeting to discuss joint cooperation

The Egypt Award for Gov't Excellence’s team organized recently a meeting headed by Ambassador/ Hisham Badr, the general supervisor of the award with officials from Egypt’s Notary Public.
The meeting witnessed the presence of Eng. Khaled Mostafa, Permanent Undersecretary of the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development, Eng. Ashraf Abdel Hafeez, Assistant Minister of Planning for Digital Transformation, Ms. Soha Saeed, Executive Director of the Award, and Dr. Mohamed Mohammadi, Director of Evaluation and Quality at the Award as well as Dr. Ashraf Hegazy who is acting as Assistant Minister of Justice for Real Estate Publication and Documentation Affairs.
During the meeting, Ambassador / Hisham Badr pointed out the importance of activating internal excellence awards in government institutions, which contributes to the sustainability of excellence and brings about a quantum leap in institutional performance, which in turn is reflected in improving the quality of services provided to citizens, which ultimately aims to improve the quality of life of the citizen and enhance the leadership and competitiveness of the Egyptian state.
Eng. Khaled Mustafa said that the purpose of the award lies in creating a positive movement at the level of all institutions to improve the government work system and develop human capabilities while building new patterns of creativity and innovative thinking to improve government services and meet the requirements of citizens and know their expectations, which requires greater effort in spreading A culture of excellence and its empowerment in the various sectors of the country.
Eng. Ashraf Abdel Hafeez also praised the current cooperation with the Ministry of Justice, which witnessed the launch of a group of mobile technology centers to facilitate the provision of government documentation services to citizens with fast means and distinguished service.
During the arbitration process, Dr. Ahmed Seddik, Director of the Government Services Awards at the Egypt Award for Government Excellence, reviewed the pillars and criteria of the government excellence system in providing government services, the methodology for evaluating services according to the international star system, and the main stages of the internal awards project, starting from the training stage.
This is followed by the submission of candidacy applications, followed by the stages of evaluation and field visits, up to the stage of reviewing the final results.
Moreover, the heads of the Evaluation and Quality Committee presented the final recommendations and highlighted the strengths and opportunities for improvement for the qualified offices.
For his part, Dr. Ashraf Hegazy praised the fruitful cooperation relationship between the award and the authority, and the efforts made to activate the internal excellence system, which contributes to the development and improvement of performance in the real estate registry offices to raise the level of service quality.
The second session of the internal awards at Egypt’s Notary Public witnessed the participation of 94 mechanized real estate registration offices/errands, and the evaluation work continued over 22 days and for 2,500 evaluation hours, with the participation of 10 evaluators from the Real Estate Registration Authority and 2 team heads and quality committees from the Egypt Award for Excellence to qualify for the stage of field visits.
