The Ministry of Planning and Economy handed over to the public prosecution (3) mobile technology service vehicles that provide citizens with the services of the prosecutor's office, including an official copy of the judgment, an official copy of the personal data document, and traffic violations.
The aforementioned step came as part of the President of the Republic’s directives to develop state services as well as the efforts of the Ministry of Planning and Economy to develop these services in the best possible way in cooperation with all ministries and government agencies.
H.E. Dr. Hala El-Said, Minister of Planning and Economic Development, said that the ministry is developing opportunities for the delivery of public services in collaboration with government agencies.
The aim is to reduce the burden on citizens and reduce overcrowding in areas where these services are offered at permanent offices and facilitate access to government services in an appropriate manner that promotes speedy completion of public transactions in line with the government's drive towards digital transformation.
Engineer Ashraf Abdel Hafeez, Assistant Minister for Digital Transformation, explained that these centers were established by a professional team of engineers and technicians from Qader Factory for Advanced Industries, one of the industrial entities of the Arab Industrialization Organization.
It is worth noting that the cooperation between the Ministry of Planning and Economy and the public prosecution related to the development and improvement of services offered to citizens and the achievement of a common goal - better state service and citizen satisfaction.
