NIGSD concludes the intensive training camp entitled "From Challenge to Idea"

The National Institute for Governance and Sustainable Development (NIGSD) - the training arm of the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development - concluded the second session of the intensive training camp for generating ideas entitled "From Challenge to Idea", which comes within the framework of the activities of the Egypt Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation of NIGSD.

Dr. Sherifa Sherif, Executive Director of NIGSD, said that the training camp, which lasted for five days, was attended by a group of young people, aimed at helping these young people develop their ideas using systematic methods, and transforming those ideas into projects that serve the goals of sustainable development.

 

During her speech at the closing ceremony of the program, Dr. Heba Zaki, Director of the Egypt Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, stressed the importance of training, highlighting the role of trainees in all the participating activities.

 

 

She indicated that training and capacity-building programs contribute to preparing human cadres capable of keeping pace with development and meeting work needs.

 

She explained that the training camp aims to enable the trainees, after the program, to implement their ideas on the ground and to be able to work in one team.

Dr. Heba Zaki listened to the opinions of the trainees and the extent to which they benefited from the training camp, as well as listened to their suggestions for developing the program.

 

 

The trainees reviewed the ideas of the projects that they worked on during the training period in the training camp, the steps for implementing these projects, and how to apply them.
