'Rowad 2030' entrepreneurship project signs cooperation agreement with Alexandria University

The Rowad 2030 Project of the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development signed a cooperation agreement with Alexandria University on spreading the culture of entrepreneurship and supporting the idea of self-employment among young people.
The protocol was signed by Dr. Ghada Khalil, Director of the Rowad 2030 Project, and Dr. Abdel Aziz Konsowa, Head of Alexandria University.
Dr. Hala El-Said, Minister of Planning and Economic Development, said that the protocol aims to allocate some scholarships to Alexandria University students on the “One Million Entrepreneurs “ platform, which aims to qualify one million entrepreneurs by 2030 within the framework of the sustainable development strategy Egypt’s Vision 2030.
For her part, Dr. Ghada Khalil, Director of the Rowad 2030 Project, pointed out that Alexandria University is a key partner in spreading the idea of self-employment among young people.
“The Rowad 2030 project aims primarily to stimulate the spirit of innovation and spread the culture of self-employment and entrepreneurship among all sects of society,” She explained.
Khalil added that the protocol includes the nomination of 4 faculty members in the Incubators and Accelerators Management Program, which was launched by the project in cooperation with the American University in Cairo, following international principles and standards.
Dr. Abdel Aziz Konsowa, Head of Alexandria University, praised the Rowad 2030 project, which aims to stimulate and enrich the culture of innovation and entrepreneurship in Egypt.
