The Minister of Planning and Economic Development heads one of the committees of the "Women Leading Executives" program

H.E. Dr. Hala El-Said, Minister of Planning and Economic Development, chaired one of the committees for selecting applicants for the "Women Leading Executives" program, one of the programs of the Women's Rehabilitation and Leadership School, which is implemented by the National Training Academy, with the aim of raising the efficiency and developing the skills of women who assume jobs in the public and private sectors.
El-Said praised the level of the applicants for the program, stressing that the applicants before the committee have a lot of passion for developing their capabilities and improving their job status.
The Minister of Planning and Economic Development also confirmed that this program reflects the critical role of the National Training Academy. This academy enjoys the support of the political leadership to develop and raise Egyptian women's efficiency, in addition to other programs that target all segments of Egyptian society.
El-Said explained that what the National Academy is doing represents one of the most prominent features of the Egyptian state's investment in human capital, with the aim of creating a better future.
She added that the program is intended for middle leaders in executive positions in government and private institutions, agencies, and companies in Egypt. She explained that the program comes within the framework of the Egyptian state and political leadership's keenness to promote sustainable and comprehensive development plans.
These plans include empowering Egyptian girls and women economically, politically, and administratively through advanced training. They also ensure equal opportunities to assume leadership positions in various developmental fields.
