The Minister of Planning and Economic Development and the President of the Arab Organization for Industrialization sign a contract for furnishing and furnishing the House of Representatives in the New Administrative Capital

Dr. Hala El-Said, Minister of Planning and Economic Development, Major General A.H. Engineer / Mukhtar Abdel Latif, Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, signed a contract under which the Arab Organization for Industrialization will furnish and furnish the new headquarters of the Egyptian Parliament in the New Administrative Capital. The signing was attended by Counselor Ahmed Manna, Secretary General of the House of Representatives.
In addition ,Dr. Hala El-Said said that the agreement comes within the framework of the President’s directives to transfer the entire Egyptian government to work from the Administrative Capital ,within the framework of the New Republic that the current June 15 be a deadline for the presence of all the agencies moving to the New Administrative Capital, explaining that the signing comes as a result of fruitful cooperation. Among the state agencies represented by the House of Representatives, the Arab Organization for Industrialization, and the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development.
El-Said stressed the importance of comprehensive modernization of the Egyptian administrative apparatus, in a manner characterized by governance and digitization, with attention to institutional development, selecting the most efficient elements in all institutions, and qualifying and training them professionally, technically and personally, within the framework of an integrated and serious training system, in order to achieve maximum utilization and benefit from the infrastructure, technology and information. She stressed that moving to the new administrative capital is not just a spatial transition, but rather a transition in thought and performance. Training programs for administrative staff to improve and develop the technological infrastructure system in a way that contributes to improving performance and providing better services to citizens.
El-Said also indicated that the House of Representatives is one of the oldest parliamentary institutions in the world, pointing to the efforts of the Arab Organization for Industrialization in this regard, whether in terms of localizing production within the organization, or what is done in coordination and partnership with the private sector, stressing the importance of partnership with the private sector.
The Minister of Planning stated that all government district offices were coordinated in the various ministries and agencies by unifying the offices at the level of all ministries, as all government district authorities were furnished for about 120 government agencies, in addition to the work related to audio and video in the government district.
As well ,Dr. Hala El-Said referred to the cooperation with the Arab Organization for Industrialization in the cars of mobile technology centers, noting that there is a tendency to increase the various services that the Egyptian citizen needs to be more efficient and speedy, pointing to the establishment of the Egypt Service Center, which provides all services to the Egyptian citizen, which are integrated services that are completed quickly, in addition to the complete separation between the service provider and the applicant, stressing that all these services come within the framework of Egypt's vision 2030 through the provision of various institutions to all services to the citizen in a way that achieves his satisfaction with these services.
For his part, Major General A.H. Engineer / Mukhtar Abdel Latif confirmed; To implement the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi to promote constructive cooperation between state institutions as the best way to achieve comprehensive development, praising the efforts of the Ministry of Planning in promoting development and investment plans in the country, and its close cooperation with Arab Industrialization in many cooperation files to enhance the state’s plan to deepen local manufacturing, localize technology and maximize "Made in Egypt" slogan.
He added that the Arab Organization for Industrialization was honored to be commissioned by Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, to furnish and furnish the government district in the New Administrative Capital, praising this ambitious national project that aims to reach the achievement of an efficient and effective administrative apparatus that is characterized by governance and contributes to achieving development goals that are in line with Egypt's Vision 2030. He stressed the importance of the investment opportunities that this project holds for all local and international companies and institutions in all fields, as well as providing job opportunities for young people in all disciplines.
On the aspects of the contract that was signed at the headquarters of the Ministry of Planning, the head of the Arab Organization for Industrialization explained that it was agreed that the Qadir Factory for Advanced Industries affiliated with the authority would undertake the implementation of furnishing and furniture works for the new building of the House of Representatives in the New Administrative Capital, according to a modern vision that suits the goals and aspirations of the new republic, praising the close cooperation. And construction with the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development in this file, where a contract was signed with the Arab Organization for Industrialization to furnish the buildings of ministries and agencies in the government district of the New Administrative Capital in its three phases.
In a related context, Mukhtar Abdel Latif explained that the Arab Organization for Industrialization was keen from the beginning to form a national alliance that it leads successfully with a number of major national furniture companies to furnish and furnish the government neighborhood in the New Administrative Capital according to specific timings to accelerate implementation rates before government agencies fully move to work in the New Administrative Capital.
The President of the Arab Organization for Industrialization emphasized the implementation of furnishing and furnishing the government district in the New Administrative Capital through Egyptian-made office products, pointing out that, according to the delivery timelines, the implementation of three stages of furnishing with the latest types of office furniture, which is characterized by modernity, quality and general taste, has been completed and all administrative needs are met. According to digitization and the latest communication and information technology systems, as befits state institutions in the New Administrative Capital.
Counselor Ahmed Manna expressed his sincere thanks for the efforts made in implementing the furnishing of the House of Representatives building in the New Administrative Capital, in a manner commensurate with originality and heritage, in accordance with the directives of the President of the Republic, and in a way that reflects the parliamentary history in Egypt.
