General Supervisor of the Egypt Award for Government Excellence Meets the Third-Round Winners

Ambassador Hisham Badr, the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Planning and the General Supervisor of Egypt's Government Excellence met the winners of the first three positions, of the Individual Excellence award’s third round, during the workshop organized by the award’s management addressing “Leading with Emotional Intelligence,” in cooperation with Hear to Heart Consulting.
The workshop, taking place over two days, tackled topics related to different character patterns and their effect on leadership. It also tackled leadership techniques, emotional intelligence, and effective leadership. As part of the workshop events, the Chief Executive Officer of Heart to Heart Consulting Dr. Mohamaed Hisham Mansour gave a lecture.
During the workshop, Amb. Hisham Badr allowed the winners to share their experiences in participating in the third round of the Awards’ different categories; the Individual Excellence Awards incorporated the head of the central administration category, general manager category, director of a department, and government employee and their achievements in different fields, and sectors which contributed to winning the award and reaching their current positions.
During the awards, Badr declared that it was not just about winning and receiving the prize, but also about spreading the culture of excellence throughout the world. He also wants to create a quantum leap in individual and institutional performance, reflecting on citizen quality of life.
In the end, Amb. Hisham Badr thanked the participants for their participation and congratulated them for winning the award, pointing out the awards’ management team’s eagerness to highlight the success stories, searching for cooperation paths to support the excellent examples to develop their ideas and continue their practical and theoretical work which would contribute to the sustainability of excellence in all government entities all over the country.
