El-Said continued that the ceremony also coincided with the beginning of the transition to work from the ministry’s headquarters in the new administrative capital, noting that a large number of central units and departments in the ministry moved yesterday, provided that the transition takes place completely after completing the preparation of the investment plan. Also, El-Said continued that the transition process is not a physical transition only, but a transition to a different form of performance, where the transition to a smart ministry system is followed by an evolution in work performance.
The minister stressed that the ministry is focused on providing opportunities for promotion to senior positions for qualified sons. In addition, the ministry announced 12 vacant leadership positions in various sectors in the ministry as a first stage and is awaiting other vacant leadership positions to be announced successively in subsequent stages, in coordination with the Central Agency for Organization and Administration (CAPMAS).
