The Ministry of Planning launches the first training of Egypt Government Excellence 2020 Award

The Ministry
of Planning and Economic Development started the first days of training for the
Egypt Government Excellence Award in its second edition for the year 2
H.E Dr. Hala
El Said, minister of planning and economic development, indicated that the
training began in five governorates, including Cairo, Menoufia, Beni Suef,
Giza, and Fayoum.
El Said
explained that the presentation of the award was made on a voluntary basis last
year, confirming the Ministry's keenness to provide the necessary training for
applicants to obtain the award in all governorates.
El Said added
that the system of government excellence reflects a culture of institutional
excellence and a leadership mindset that believes in the importance of
innovation and quality work in achieving leadership and empowering governments.
The year 2019
witnessed the receipt of nominations for the Distinguished Government Prize
from 290 colleges, 31 cities, 15 villages, 141 centers.
