Honoring the Rowad 2030 project during its participation in the Egypt Retail Summit

The “Rowad 2030” project of the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development; Represented by Dr. Ghada Khalil, Project Manager participated recently at the Egypt Retail Summit in a session entitled "Investing in the retail sector". During the summit activities, the Rowad 2030 project was honored for its role in supporting entrepreneurship and contributing to raising and building the capabilities of youth. Some government officials and world speakers in the trade sector participated in the summit.
During the session, the director of the “Rowad 2030” project stressed the importance of encouraging entrepreneurs who contribute to the retail trade sector as well as those who have supportive innovative ideas that help retailers sell and market their products, noting the importance of all efforts that work to support the economic development process.
About the Pioneers 2030 project, Dr. Ghada Khalil indicated that it primarily aims to deliver the idea of entrepreneurship to young people, train them, raise their efficiency, and help them create jobs for them to contribute to the economic development in the country.About the grants and training provided by the Rowad 2030 project, Khalil said that the project was able to provide several distinguished scholarships in cooperation with the most prestigious regional and international universities, referring to the professional master's in entrepreneurship and a diploma in cooperation with the American University for 4 months, in addition to the opening of some business incubators.Khalil continued that awareness campaigns were also launched in the various governorates of Egypt at the level of schools and universities to spread the idea of entrepreneurship at all ages.
