Planning Ministry's delegation visits the ministry’s newly opened headquarters in Egypt’s New Administrative Capital

Dr. Ahmed Kamali, Deputy Minister of Planning and Economic Development, led on Tuesday a field tour of the ministry’s Committee for the Follow-up of the Transition Project to the New Capital that inspected the headquarters of the Ministry of Planning there.
Its purpose was to follow up with the executive position regarding the readiness of the headquarters to accept employees who have moved to Egypt's New Administrative Capital in the coming months.
The tour witnessed the presence of Khaled Mustafa appointed as the 1st permanent deputy at the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development. He was joined by Mr. Ashraf Abdel Hafeez, Assistant Minister for Digital Transformation Affairs, and Mr. Tariq Abdel Khaleq, Advisor to the Minister and Supervisor of Human Resources.
During the tour, Dr. Ahmed Kamali asserted that the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development is keen to follow up on its facilities located inside Egypt’s New Administrative Capital and ensure its readiness before the final transfer of employees, as well as ensuring the availability of all devices, communications systems, and networks to follow up on the work constantly, stressing the need to resolve any obstacles that may face the workflow there.
Kamali said that the building is equipped with the highest level of capabilities and means to guarantee efficient work performance. In addition, they guarantee the comfort of their employees.
Kamali explained that the transition process started for workers responsible for providing work means, provided that the transition process is completed in succession until the completion of the ministry’s transfer in full, in implementation of the directives of the President of the Republic to follow-up the transfer process to the new administrative capital.
