Planning, Manpower ministers meet to discuss some common files

H.E. Dr. Hala El-Said, Egypt’s Minister of Planning and Economic Development, received Minister of Manpower, Hassan Shehata, to discuss several joint files.
During the meeting, the two ministers asserted the government's keenness to coordinate employment files. They also reviewed labor policies, taking care of the interests of workers and business owners, and the need to achieve maximum benefit from the human resources Egypt enjoys.Some files presented to the National Council for Wages (NWC) were discussed during the meeting. The need to work to create job opportunities and diversify the sources of creating those opportunities was emphasized. Furthermore, both ministers agreed that paying attention to the private sector and its workers is a necessity that copes with Egypt's vision for sustainable development by 2030.It was also emphasized that intensive work is being done to improve and simplify procedures and develop the work system. This is in a way that contributes to saving time, achieving citizen satisfaction, and improving the standard and quality of life for Egyptians.
