The employee performance evaluation program was established by Law No. 81 of 2016, aims to identify the employee performance evaluation system, its stages, and recent trends in performance evaluation. In addition, it aims to have full knowledge of the tools, forms, and steps for evaluating employee performance following Civil Service Law No. 81 of 2016 and Resolution No. 63 of 2019.
The axes of the program were the definition of performance appraisal, the objectives, and importance of the performance appraisal system, methods of evaluation and evaluation and the elements of success, steps to develop the system, and recent trends in performance appraisal.
