Planning Ministry provides data for the “Decent Life” most important projects through “Shark 2030”

The Ministry of Planning and Economic Development announced recently the availability of detailed data for the most important projects implemented in the villages of the first phase of the presidential initiative "A Decent Life", which numbered 375 villages, via the "(Shark) Share 2030" mobile application, as part of the ministry's keenness to activate community participation and follow-up of the citizen.Dr. Hala El-Said, Minister of Planning and Economic Development asserted that the availability of data through the application aims to enable citizens to follow up on the operation of projects and to express their proposals and comments regarding them and on any other projects required to be implemented.El-Said explained that the application of "Shark 2030” is the first interactive electronic application, the aim of which is to educate citizens about the development projects implemented by the state and at the same time to allow the submission of proposals, ideas, or initiatives of priority to them, according to specific mechanisms and controls to study the viability of these projects.For his part, Dr. Jamil Helmy, Assistant Minister to follow up the implementation of the sustainable development plan, indicated that detailed data for the most important projects implemented in 12 governorates have been made available, including the governorates of Assiut, Sohag, Qena, Luxor, Ismailia, Minya, Beheira, Qalyubia, Dakahlia, and New Valley, Matrouh, Aswan, within the presidential initiative "A Decent Life" on the application.
Helmy added that the “A Decent Life” projects included in the “Shark 2030” app currently covers 6 sectors, namely housing, education, water resources and irrigation, local development, communications, and health.Among the most important projects implemented in the housing and utilities sector is the completion of the implementation of sanitation in the villages of Al-Balayzeh and Abu Khars in the Abu Tij district in Assiut governorate, the sanitation in the village of Al-Abtal, in Qantara Sharq in the Ismailia governorate, the sanitation in the village of Al-Najou Qibli in the center of Esna in Luxor governorate, and the sanitation of the village of Zawyet Saqr In the Abu Al Matamir district in Al Buhaira governorate, and the sanitation in the village of Bani Humail in Al Balina district in Sohag governorate.The implementation of projects in the education sector included the establishment of the Hussam El-Din Shukri Mohamed School for Basic Education, in the village of Rifa in Assiut governorate, with 11 classes with a capacity of 440 students, and Omar bin Al Khattab School, basic education in the village of Ali bin Abi Talib, Sohag Governorate, with 33 classes, with a capacity 1320 students, and el-sheik Sons Primary School in Minya Governorate, with 18 classes, with a capacity of 720 students.The projects whose detailed data were made available on the application included covering the Al-Adaya canal in the village of Zawyat Saqr in the Buhaira governorate with a length of 0.7 km, the construction of a bridge at the bottom of the torrent in the village of Nazlat Awlad Al-Sheikh in Minya Governorate, the renewal of the covered drainage networks in the village of Al-Aouna (Zimam 220 acres) in Assiut Governorate, and the implementation of a network Communications with the village of Rabia Bohra in the Buhaira Governorate, and the development of a post office in the village of Araba Abu Al-Dahab in Sohag Governorate
“Shark 2030” application can be downloaded through the Google Store via the following link https://bit.ly/3dU3ilW, provided that the user logs into the application after downloading it, then presses "Governorates", then select "Governorate" Then click on “Projects in Progress or Executed Projects”.Citizens can also suggest any project by clicking on “Propose Your Project” and entering the name of the project, its importance, and specifying its geographical location (city/village).
