Planning Ministry’s delegation for the Development of Municipalities continues its tour in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate

The keenness to complete the process of automating services in technology centers comes in light of the implementation of the state’s approach towards the process of digital transformation: Says Hala El-Said
The
delegation of the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development, concerned with
the Municipalities development project, headed to Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate.
The delegation will continue its tour to follow up on the work in the
technological centers in the governorates.
Dr.
Hala El-Said, Minister of Planning and Economic Development explained that the
ministry is keen to continue working in technology centers in all governorates
and work to overcome any obstacles that may face the progress.
The
ministry also provides the necessary training for workers in these centers to
keep pace with technological changes and to ensure the transition to the
automation process without difficulties.
El-Said
added that the keenness to complete the process of automating services in
technology centers comes in light of the implementation of the state's approach
towards the process of digital transformation, explaining that Kafr El-Sheikh
Governorate witnessed the automation of 12 technological centers out of a total
of 13 centers.
For
his part, Major General Mohamed Ezzi, General Supervisor of the Municipalities
Development Project at the Ministry, indicated that the delegation went to Kafr
El-Sheikh Governorate to follow up on the Technological Center for Citizens
Service in the governorate in preparation for its official opening.
He
explained that the visit included traffic to the cities of Baltim, Sidi Ghazi,
and Desouk, with meetings with city heads, directors of departments, and
front-window employees to determine the level of performance.
The
delegation of the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development was headed by
Major General Mohamed Ezzi, General Supervisor of the Municipalities
Development Project at the Ministry, and Brigadier Engineer Maged Kamal,
Director of the Technological Centers Development Project.
