National security of Egypt, UAE associated: UAE Minister of Cabinet Affairs

H.E. Mohammad Abdullah Al Gergawi , Minister of Cabinet Affairs of the United Arab Emirates said that the security of Egypt is one of the securities of the Emirates and that its progress and stability represent the interest of the UAE and the entire Arab world.

Al Gergawi added, during his speech at a celebration of the 50th anniversary of UAE-Egypt ties that go under the auspices of H.E. President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, that Egypt is a second homeland for us and the UAE is a second homeland for Egypt, and therefore our standing with Egypt is a duty in its right and love for its people.
"On the occasion that we celebrate today, we shared personalities who demonstrated the features of the relationship between the two countries... But we are confident and certain that the future in the path of our brothers and work is better and more beautiful,” He said.
The celebration of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of Egyptian-Emirati relations begins with a major celebration held by the two countries' governments, under the slogan "Egypt & UAE are one heart."
The ceremony will be held over three days from October 26 to 28, hosted by Cairo, in the presence of ministers from the governments of the two countries, and more than 1,800 personalities including senior officials, businessmen, investors, intellectuals, creators, and media professionals.
The celebration activities witness the holding of an economic forum during the work of the first day, in the presence of ministers from the government of the two countries, senior officials in the economic field, businessmen, and those interested in economic affairs in the two countries. In the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, while reviving it with a new and exceptional character on the agenda.
