Egyptian-Emirati relations represent an exceptional model for Arab-Arab relations: Egypt’s Planning Minister 

H.E. Dr. Hala El-Said, Egypt’s Minister of Planning and Economic Development, said that the celebrations of the 50th anniversary of UAE-Egypt ties embody the depth of fraternal relations that unite the two governments and the two brotherly peoples on one heart that beats with renewed affection and mutual giving.
El-Said pointed to the keenness of both sides to organize various joint sports, tourism and cultural events that are integrated into their content and message to the world with the objectives of the official events included in the celebration, foremost of which is the convening of an economic forum that includes various sessions dealing with the dimensions of the integrated economic partnership.
This came during her speech at the celebration of the 50th anniversary of Egyptian-Emirati relations under the slogan "Egypt & UAE ... One Heart", under the patronage of H.E. President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, and in the presence of H.E. Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, and His Excellency Muhammad Abdullah Al Gergawi, Minister of Council Affairs Ministers in the United Arab Emirates.
The celebration is witnessing the presence of the ministers of the two governments and more than 1,800 personalities of senior officials, businessmen, investors, intellectuals, innovators, and media professionals.The celebrations of the 50th anniversary of UAE-Egypt ties are taking place in Cairo from Wednesday 26th October 2022 to Friday 28th of October.
Moreover, El-Said stressed the keenness of both sides to conclude this celebration by organizing a huge artistic event that expresses the importance of the renewed artistic heritage, to be held in a global Egyptian historical landmark that embodies the cradle of human civilization.



Dr. Hala El-Said also confirmed that the Arab Republic of Egypt and the United Arab Emirates have close historical relations in various political, economic, and cultural fields, making them an exceptional model for Arab-Arab relations, which has succeeded in steadfastness in the face of various global economic crises and geopolitical changes at the level of the Arab region and the world.El-Said also indicated the keenness of the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development to continue cooperation with the United Arab Emirates in the areas of developing institutional performance, government services, innovation, and excellence, in a way that supports the efficiency of state institutions in providing services and designing various development projects.El-Said added that the cooperation projects between the two sides included strengthening the mechanisms of digital transformation and institutional development, as the efforts of the two sides resulted in developing an integrated strategy for the development of government services.
After her speech, the Minister of Planning and Economic Development affirmed the Egyptian state's constant keenness to continue fruitful and distinguished cooperation and coordination with the United Arab Emirates in various fields, to consolidate the foundations of close development cooperation between the two sides.
