Egypt Award for Gov't Excellence launches a training program for the employees of the Model Integrated Government Services Center in Aswan (Masr Services)

Egypt Award for Gov't Excellence has launched a training program for the employees of the Model Integrated Government Services Center in Aswan (Masr “Egypt” Services) on the system of excellence in providing government services according to the global star system "Seven Star Services", which lasts for 3 training days.
The program aims to spread and promote a culture of excellence and work to build the capacity of government cadres by sharing knowledge of the latest developments and concepts related to the excellence system in providing government services.With a review of the best practices in each pillar and how to apply them within this service center, the training program is held over three days at the headquarters of the Aswan Governorate Center for Training and Sustainable Development.For his part, Eng. Khaled Mostafa, Permanent Undersecretary of the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development and General Supervisor of the Egypt Award for Gov't Excellence, stressed that the training program stems from the award’s administration’s keenness to implement the objectives of Egypt’s Vision 2030 to support the state’s efforts towards the development process to improve the quality of service provided to citizens.The (Masr “Egypt” Services) is the first of its kind at the level of the Republic, in light of the political leadership’s interest in raising the efficiency and quality of life of the Egyptian citizen to work to provide all public government services under the auspices of the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development and support from the UAE side within the framework of the cooperation agreement signed between the Arab Republic of Egypt and the State of The United Arab Emirates in the field of developing government work.
The (Masr “Egypt” Services) center provides government services, both for citizens and foreign applicants, where all approvals from authorities and ministries are obtained once to facilitate procedures and reduce effort and time and with the same prescribed fees, such as traffic services, civil status, and passports, in addition to documentation services, real estate registration and commercial registry.
