Egypt's Ministry of Planning, Eslsca University announce the completion of the tests of the 12th batch of the qualification program for young leaders

The Ministry of Planning and Economic Development announced the completion of the written exams for the twelfth batch of the program to qualify young leaders in the state administrative apparatus, which is held by the ministry in cooperation with ESLSCA University.
H.E. Dr. Hala El-Said, Minister of Planning and Economic Development, emphasized investing in young leaders, training and qualifying them, as part of the government's strategy to invest in the human element, especially the youth category.
El-Said pointed out that the state offers many opportunities to train promising young leaders on the latest international programs in the areas of management and performance development to create young cadres in the Egyptian administrative system, holding certificates in the basics of management, a diploma in business administration, and a master's in government business administration.
Dr. Ali El-Meligy, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of ESLSCA University, confirmed that this program was specifically designed to improve the performance of the state's administrative staff.
El-Melody pointed out that the program integrates with the comprehensive development processes that are currently taking place in various aspects of development, believing in the role of the ESLSCA University in social responsibility towards the state.
Al-Meligy pointed out that the program aims not only to develop the knowledge and technical skills of the youth in the administrative apparatus, allowing them to assume leadership positions but also works to develop their knowledge of business administration.
The study duration in the program's first semester lasts for 4 months, and those who pass it obtain a certificate in the basics of management, after which those with the highest grades in the first stage move to the second semester.
Those who pass this stage are awarded a diploma in government business administration, after which those who obtained the diploma with the highest grades in academic subjects will move to the third stage, which is the MBA stage.
It is noteworthy that the study will start next September, as the number of scholarship recipients has so far reached 1,850 employees of the state’s administrative apparatus, including those who occupied the highest administrative positions.
