Ministry of Planning and Economic Development participates in the 1st youth forum of Egypt's New Administrative Capital

The Ministry of Planning and Economic Development participated in the 1st youth forum of the Administrative Capital, which was organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports under the patronage of the Prime Minister, with the participation of about 1,500 youth, in the Sports City of the New Administrative Capital.
During the activities of the forum, Eng. Khaled Mostafa, Permanent Undersecretary of the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development and General Supervisor of the Egypt Award for Governmental Excellence, reviewed the most prominent efforts of the Ministry in the field of empowering Egyptian youth and enhancing their participation in decision-making.
Eng. Khaled Mustafa referred to the governing framework for comprehensive and sustainable development efforts, starting with the sustainable development strategy, Egypt Vision 2030, the structural economic reforms program, the Environmental Sustainability Standards Manual, and the announcement of the national initiative for smart green projects in the governorates of the Republic and how to apply for it.
The Permanent Undersecretary of the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development also reviewed; The most prominent capacity-building and development programs offered to young people, including the "Be an Ambassador" initiative for sustainable development, which aims to spread a culture of sustainable development among young people.
Eng. Khaled Mostafa also clarified the criteria of the Egypt Award for Governmental Excellence and its main objective, which is to enhance the values of competition among workers in the state's administrative apparatus.
The Ministry of Planning’s participation in the forum’s activities also included holding a specialized exhibition on the services and initiatives it provides.
These services include the mobile government service center cars project to serve citizens, The Rowad 2030 (entrepreneurs 2030), and the grants and training it provides to young people in the field of entrepreneurship.
