The Ministry of Planning and Economic Development, represented by The Rowad 2030 (entrepreneurs 2030), launched the first Ramadan session for startups, with the participation of 10 startups from various sectors and disciplines, intending to strengthen relations between young startups.
Dr. Ghada Khalil, director of the Rowad 2030 project, explained that the first matches of the Ramadan session this year were launched between the “Yalla Fil Sekka” company and the “Wallet” company in one of the five-a-side stadiums.
Khalil indicated that the final is scheduled to take place next Sunday, with the selection of the best player, the best goalkeeper, and the best team to deliver the cup to the winning team.
It is worth noting that the course comes within the framework of the Rowad 2030 project’s keenness to present a distinguished initiative every Ramadan to young startups.
Khalil pointed out that the project has presented some initiatives during the past years, including "X Fazoura Company" intending to increase awareness of start-up companies, the services and products they provide, in addition to the cartoon series "Adam's Dream", which embodied the story of an entrepreneur from just an idea owner to a company owner.
It is noteworthy that Yalla Fei Sekka is an emerging delivery and logistics company that allows companies such as supermarkets, pharmacies, and e-commerce establishments to sell to their customers through its company of stores, warehouses, and delivery drivers.
The company's motto is "Take care of your business and take responsibility for delivery."
The wallet also comes as a start-up company in the Middle East that helps create Arabic websites on the Internet and helps individuals and companies create their websites in less than 5 minutes.
