H.E. Dr. Hala El-Said, Minister of Planning and Economic Development, announced the completion of the establishment and equipment of the Model Integrated Government Services Center in Aswan Governorate (Services of Egypt).
The establishment of the Model Integrated Government Services Center in Aswan Governorate (Services of Egypt) comes within the framework of the cooperation agreement signed between the Arab Republic of Egypt and the United Arab Emirates in the field of developing government work and establishing model integrated government service complexes that provide public services to citizens in an accessible manner.
Dr. Hala El-Said said that the cooperation with the UAE includes two service centers in the governorates of Cairo and Aswan, as the first model complexes for government services, designing advanced service packages, and training the employees of the two centers as a model for later circulation.
Dr. Hala El-Said indicated that the center comes within the framework of the continuation of the development process carried out by the ministry in the field of improving the service provided to the citizen under the new republic.
El-Said explained that the Model Integrated Government Services Center in Aswan Governorate (Services of Egypt) is the latest achievement provided by the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development to reduce the burden on citizens and decently facilitate their access to services.
El-Said pointed out that the Egypt Services Center provides government services through the application of the one-stop system, whether for citizens, investors, businessmen, or foreigners, where all approvals of authorities and ministries are obtained once to facilitate procedures and reduce effort, time, and prescribed fees.
For his part, Engineer Ashraf Abdel Hafeez, Assistant Minister of Planning and Economic Development for Digital Transformation and Information Infrastructure stated that the center is an extension of the ministry's role in developing government services at the state level.
It is noteworthy that the Model Integrated Government Services Center in Aswan Governorate (Services of Egypt) was established on an area of 4,000 square meters, and was established according to the latest international standards, in cooperation with the Financial Institutions Management Company (E-Finance) to manage the center; Because of her extensive experience in this field.
