The Minister of Planning and Economic Development witnesses the opening of a new real estate registration office in Nasr City

H.E. Dr. Hala El-Said, Minister of Planning and Economic Development and Counselor Omar Marwan, Minister of Justice, and Major General Khaled Abdel Aal, Governor of Cairo, inaugurated recently a real estate registration office in Nasr City and the Geographical Information Systems Unit of the Ministry of Justice in City Stars Mall in Nasr City. The opening was attended by Engineer Ashraf Abdel Hafeez, Assistant Minister of Planning for Digital Transformation.
Dr. Hala El-Said said that the office supports the provision of technical tools from base maps and surveying with real estate registration, in cooperation between the ministries of planning and justice represented by the Real Estate Registration Department, Documentation and Military Survey Department.
El-Said added that the opening came intending to facilitate and facilitate the performance of services; In light of the work to provide better services to the citizen.
El-Said confirmed that the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development is working on developing the means of providing government services in cooperation with the various state agencies to reduce the burden on citizens and decently facilitate access to services.
In cooperation with the Ministry of Justice; The Minister of Planning and Economic Development referred to the Egyptian planning system, working to integrate building permits, real estate registration, and real estate taxes, and linking them to the spatial-information infrastructure integration system.
300 technology centers for citizen services have been developed in neighborhoods and cities, pointing to cooperation in the implementation of the spatial information infrastructure integration project (base maps), in addition to cooperation in lifting services, cadastral auditing, and spatial systems and applications.
