Egypt Award for Gov't Excellence, the Real Estate Registration and Notarization Authority meet to follow up the final arbitration process for the internal prizes of the Department

Egypt Award for Gov't Excellence’s team, headed by Eng. Khaled Mostafa, Permanent Undersecretary of the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development and General Supervisor of the Egypt Award for Government Excellence, and Eng. Ashraf Abdel Hafeez, Assistant Minister of Planning for Digital Transformation, met recently with Counselor Dr. Ashraf Hegazy, Assistant Minister of Justice for the Real Estate Registration and Notarization.
The meeting witnessed the presence of Counselor Mahmoud Al-Dajwi, Director of the Technical Office of the Minister of Justice, to follow up on the final arbitration process for the internal awards in the Department of the Real Estate Registration and Notarization.The meeting dealt with a review of the general framework of the system for providing government services and the main stages of the internal awards project, starting from the training stage, followed by the submission of candidacy applications, followed by the evaluation stages and field visits.
H.E. Dr. Hala El-Said, Minister of Planning and Economic Development, said that the implementation of the internal awards system in government agencies in the state’s administrative apparatus stems from the keenness of the Egypt Award for Government Excellence to implement the goals of Egypt’s Vision 2030.
The launch of the system came in the implementation of the directives of the Prime Minister regarding the importance of starting the implementation of the internal awards system in the state's administrative apparatus.
Eng. Khaled Mustafa pointed to the importance of deepening the culture of institutional excellence in all government agencies, through the application of the system of internal awards for excellence, which in turn will be eligible to be nominated to compete for the Egypt Prize for Government Excellence in the coming sessions, explaining that the Real Estate Publicity Authority is one of the first agencies that has expressed its full readiness to implement Internal awards system.
For his part, Counselor Dr. Ashraf Hegazy praised the fruitful cooperation relationship between the award and the interest, and the efforts made to activate the internal excellence system, stressing his keenness to provide full support to develop and improve performance in the real estate registry to raise the level of service quality and achieve better rates of citizen satisfaction.
It is noteworthy that the first cycle of the internal awards witnessed the participation of 127 automated real estate and documentation offices out of a total of 196 automated offices at the level of the Republic, to ensure the office and consensual evaluation phase of 80 offices, leading to the announcement of the results of the best 20 automated offices at the level of the Republic.
