Dr. Hala El-Said, Minister of Planning and Economic Development, held some meetings with some ministers in preparation for the development of a proposed plan for the next fiscal year.
The Minister of Planning and Economic Development said that the investment plan for the next fiscal year 22/2023 takes into account the constitutional obligations, works on green recovery, and revitalizes sectors that support the green economy.
 The plan also supports the National Structural Reform Program (NSRP); These are the reforms that contribute to increasing the resilience of the Egyptian economy and raising its ability to absorb external and internal shocks and transform its course into a productive economy that enjoys competitive advantages. This supports the economy's ability to achieve balanced and sustainable growth.

Dr. Hala El-Said had met with the team, Engineer Kamel Al-Wazir, the Minister of Transport to discuss the details of the investment plan for the Ministry of Transport during the next fiscal year and the necessary needs for the ministry’s work plan. basic in the country.
El-Said added that the transport sector occupies fundamental importance in the national economy due to Egypt’s distinguished geographic location in the middle of international transport routes, and its proximity to major markets in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, which makes it a global hub and hub in transport, warehousing, and logistics services.



El-Said pointed out that the total investments of the transport sector in the plan for the year 21/2022 amounted to EGP 244.7 billion, achieving an investment boom with a growth rate of 104%.El-Said confirmed that the investment plan of the Ministry of Transport for the fiscal year 2022/2023 takes into account the priorities and the completion and completion of the projects being implemented while providing all possible capabilities that support the investment plan of the ministry.
Dr. Hala El-Said met with Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research; During the meeting, the Minister referred to the economic importance of education.
She explained that El-Said represents the main entrance to the development of human resources and the development of societies, to keep pace with the developments of the times, the requirements of the transition to the knowledge economy, and the promotion of international competitiveness in various fields.
El-Said emphasized the state's interest in highlighting the role of education in its development plans to build society and support its economic capabilities, and to place it on its list of priorities when allocating resources and implementing programs and projects.During her meeting with Dr. Tariq Shawky, Minister of Education and Technical Education, to discuss the details of the investment plan for the Ministry of Education during the fiscal year 2023/2022, and the necessary needs for the ministry's work plan; Dr. Hala El-Said confirmed that the next fiscal year's plan takes into account the constitutional requirements.El-Said pointed out that education is the most important area of investment in people and the main entrance to the development of human resources and the development of societies to keep pace with the developments of the times and the requirements of the transition to the knowledge economy and the promotion of international competitiveness in various aspects of life.Dr. Hala El-Said also praised the efforts made in the field of developing the education system and technical education, especially since the labor market is a major focus of the structural reforms program, stressing that the next fiscal year's plan will give great attention to the education, health and communications sectors.
The meetings to discuss the investment plan for the fiscal year 22/2023 included a meeting with Eng. Amr Talaat, Minister of Communications and Information Technology, where the Minister of Planning and Economic Development referred during the meeting to the economic importance of the communications and information technology sector.

The Minister of Planning affirmed that investment in the telecommunications sector is in line with the objectives of the national structural reforms program launched by the Egyptian government last April and aims to maximize the value of the real economy sectors.
Dr. Hala El-Said also held a meeting with Dr. Mohamed Abdel-Aty, Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation to discuss the proposed investment plan for the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation during the next fiscal year. During the meeting, El-Saeed indicated that Egypt has long realized the inevitability of sound management of water resources, so it has embarked on the implementation of an ambitious agenda for the integrated management of water resources.The Minister of Planning and Economic Development explained that there is an interest in providing all the necessary resources for the Ministry of Irrigation and its development projects to support agricultural projects and the Egyptian farmer, as well as investors in the agricultural sector, as well as the Egyptian state's keenness to implement projects that ensure the highest levels of utilization of water resources and their uses following the events of global systems.
