Rowad 2030 participates in the “She Can” event

The Rowad 2030 Project of the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development participated in the “She Can” event, which was organized by Entreprenelle and sponsored by the Ministry of Planning, to support women entrepreneurs in their various projects.
During the event, the Pioneers 2030 project announced the opening of applications for the 2030 Pioneers Program, which was launched at the World Youth Forum in Sharm El-Sheikh last January, in cooperation with Entreprenelle.Dr. Ghada Khalil, Director of the Pioneers 2030 Project, confirmed that the (Rowad) Pioneers 2030 Program is a business accelerator to support projects and provide opportunities for women to launch and develop their businesses. Khalil indicated that the program aims to graduate 1,000 women as entrepreneurs, by the end of the first phase within a year, explaining that the program contributes to providing awareness and resources for establishing emerging projects in Egypt.Khalil stated that the program does not target only women entrepreneurs, but also entrepreneurs, explaining that the (Rowad)2030 Pioneers provides advanced training in several areas, including business modeling, marketing, finance, legal aspects, business development, and others.Khalil explained that the program has three main tasks, which are to help increase productivity and profitability, as well as to innovate for women-owned companies, as well as enhance access to suitable job opportunities and projects for women in Egypt.The Director of the (Rowad) 2030 Pioneers project also presented a session on the various services provided by the project, in addition to the “Rowad 2030" program and how to register for it.For her part, Rania Ayman, founder, and CEO of Entreprenelle indicated that the partnership with Rowad 2030 is a strategic step to support Egyptian women in the field of entrepreneurship, especially after all the successes achieved by the project and its inclusion in the United Nations platforms as one of the best practices around the world that contribute to achieving sustainable development goals.
The participants who were registered in the Rowad 2030 confirmed that the program puts Egyptian women on the right path to entrepreneurship and that the awareness that the program provides to women in the field of entrepreneurship will contribute to changing the ambition of Egyptian women and make them more eager towards new and innovative ideas.The participation of Rowad 2030 came in two pavilions, where the first was dedicated to introducing the project and to registering in the Million Entrepreneurs campaign, and the second wing to introduce the Rowad 2030 Program, its goal, and how to register with it. The pavilion witnessed a turnout from the participants who registered in the program to benefit from it and the services it provides
