Planning, Education ministers discuss the proposal of the investment plan of the Ministry of Education and Technical Education during the financial year 2023/2022

Dr. Hala El-Said, Minister of Planning and Economic Development, Dr. Tariq Shawky, Minister of Education and Technical Education, met an extensive meeting to discuss the details of the investment plan on the Ministry of Education and Technical Education during the financial year 2023/2022 and the necessary needs of the Ministry's work plan.
El-Said confirmed that all countries focus on their development plans to highlight the role of education in building society and support their economic capacities and put it on their list of priorities when allocating resources and project options and projects.
El-Said asserted faith in the importance of education in human beings, and the upgrading of cultural, scientific, and powered society.
She noted that sequential development plans attached great importance to building the Egyptian personality by promoting the educational system, improving the quality of the educational system, and raising efficiency, merit, and competence.El-Said praised efforts in the development of the education and technical education system, especially as the labor market is a major focus in the structural reform program, stressing that the next financial year plan will give great attention to the education, health, and communications sectors.El-Said highlighted the problem of classroom density and the need to increase the number of classes with the continued development of births at the provincial level. El-Said confirmed that the Ministry of Planning provides all possible support for the conservation of appropriate density in classes, especially since the State faces its educational buildings and chapters from negligence continued for long years to pump investment for its development, so the state accelerates large investments to develop the education sector.
For his part, Dr. Tariq Shawki pointed out the development of the education system during the past five years from 2017 until 2022, explaining that the largest public education project is the new education system, where the education system was developed from kindergarten until the fourth grade. The system is being developed from primary fifth grade to secondary school and will be completed in three years.Concerning technical education, Shawky explained that there is a revolution in the development of technical education in parallel with the development of public education.
He referred to the experience of Japanese schools in Egypt, which has reached 50 schools and targeted 500 schools, and that the highest density in the primary classroom At an average of 55 students in the class, followed by the middle phase of 52 students.Shawky pointed to the construction program of the Egyptian citizen, which includes four major programs that are confirmed scientific identity, consolidation of cultural identity, security stability, water security, and human skills development. Shawki explained that the Ministry of Education was working on the implementation of the first program confirming the scientific identity through the development of the education system before the university, the development of technical education, developing applied technical education, improving the quality of research and technological system, and enhancing the role of scientific research in improving the business environment, and competitive Education output systems.
