The Egypt Award for Gov't Excellence announced the completion of the preparation and qualification of internal excellence evaluators at the universities of Tanta, Suez, Mansoura, and South Valley.
This is a continuation of the stages of the internal excellence system launched by the award following the directives of the Prime Minister, which he announced at the closing ceremony of the second session of the award in coordination with the Supreme Council of Universities.
In this context, Minister of Planning and Economic Development Dr. Hala El-Said said that the implementation of the internal awards system in government agencies in the state’s administrative apparatus stems from the keenness of the management of the Egypt Award for Gov't Excellence to implement the objectives of Egypt’s Vision 2030.
For his part, Eng. Khaled Mostafa, Permanent Undersecretary of the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development and General Supervisor of Egypt Award for Gov't Excellence, stressed the importance of deepening and spreading the culture of institutional excellence in all government agencies through the application of the internal awards system, which in turn will be eligible for nomination and competition for the Egypt Award for Government Excellence in courses coming.
Mustafa added that the launch of the internal awards system in universities would work to deepen the culture of excellence within universities and colleges and shed light on successful models, which in turn are reflected in a better quality of life for citizens in all services and transactions provided.
The management of the Egypt Government Excellence Award had held several training workshops to prepare and qualify the internal prize evaluation teams formed by those universities to start the evaluation process.
