Harvest Report

"Harvesting the Construction Phase in Fiscal Year 2018/2019" report is one of the key outputs of the national monitoring and evaluation system launched during the same year as the first electronic tool in Egypt to measure the performance of the state administrative apparatus through over 2,800 indicators measuring the performance of the administrative apparatus. This allows the Government of Egypt to monitor and evaluate the performance of all state agencies in order to address the shortfalls by urgent budget-related measures, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources. It serves as a stimulating scientific basis for institutional government excellence.
