It aims to support the process of preparing plans at the national, regional, sectoral and local levels, and to identify the mechanisms for preparing these plans, by providing a set of advanced planning tools that enhance the capabilities of planning officials in all government agencies, in a way that contributes to enhancing the coherence between development plans (short, medium, and long-term), as well as ensuring coordination between sectoral and spatial development, within the framework of consolidating the principles of sustainability, resilience and balanced development, in line with the State General Planning Law No. (18) of 2022
