https://youtu.be/S738Bv2brwk?si=hc3yDBLe-_gEid7hhttps://youtu.be/S738Bv2brwk?si=hc3yDBLe-_gEid7hIn January 2021, Ministry of Planning and Economic Development launched the first Integrated Electronic System to monitor the National Project for the Rural Development , "Decent Life Initiative" (DLI), based on the methodology of Programs and Performance based Planning, linking the allocations directed to development interventions and the returns, through an automatic update of the Quality of Life Index ( Access to Basic Services), and making use of the available databases, as well as their integration with the system of spatial changes.
