	Expand the scope of social protection programs to ensure full coverage of persons with disabilities. Issuing a disability proof card and integrated services for all persons with disabilities. Providing rehabilitation programs for persons with disabilities to develop their capabilities and empower them. Working on developing a form for the qualification certificate showing the type of disability, the profession for which it has been rehabilitated, the degree of qualification and health status. -Establishing the infrastructure of rehabilitation offices at the level of the Republic. Providing educational programs in cooperation with civil society organizations to teach people with disabilities life skills and information technology skills to facilitate their participation in economic life. Expanding services and training workers in public and private elderly care homes to deal with persons with disabilities.
