PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL INDICATORS

WOMEN

• Providing cars dedicated to women in all railways and subways.
• Providing safe transportation for women in villages and hamlets
• Continuing to activate the initiatives that protect women from violence, such as the "Sekka Aman" initiative.
• Activating the hotline for road accidents with the service of women's complaints offices at the National Council for Women.

• Percentage of railways with women-only wagons
• Public transport coverage rate in rural areas
• Girls’ enrollment rates in rural areas.
• Employment rates of women in rural areas.

CHILDREN

- Providing safe transportation for school children in remote areas

• Percentage of children who depend on public transportation to go to school
• Enrollment rates of children in different stages of education in the remote area

PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES

• Providing seats for the disabled in all public transport means and reducing their fees by no less than 50% (as stipulated in the Disability Law).
• Providing a wheelchair ramp in public transport.
• Providing special windows for people with disabilities, and using technology to book tickets in various means of transportation.
• Providing spatial availability in the river and marine transport stations, various trains, and the subway.
• Providing safe and easy ways to cross roads for persons with disabilities (such as: elevators for pedestrian bridges, traffic lights).

- Percentage of public transport equipped with a wheelchair ramp,

- Percentage of stations equipped for the use of persons with disabilities.

- The extent of persons with disabilities' satisfaction with the services provided.
